Bulk Actions & Smart Filtering: The New Link Management Workflow
Managing a project with 50, 500, or 5,000 backlinks shouldn’t feel like manual labor. In SEO, efficiency is currency. That is why we have deployed a major UI update designed to streamline how you audit, filter, and re-verify your link profile.
We moved away from the basic list view to a fully interactive Command Center. Here is how the new features will speed up your workflow.
1. Bulk Selection & Batch Actions
Previously, working with specific groups of links required manual selection. We have introduced smart checkboxes that allow you to select multiple URLs with a single click.
This is crucial for large projects where you might want to export or delete only a specific subset of data without affecting the rest of your campaign history.
2. “Surgical” Rechecks (Save Your Credits)
Re-checking an entire project when you only care about the dead links is a waste of budget. We have overhauled the action buttons above your link list to give you granular control.
You can now perform three distinct actions:
- Recheck All: A complete refresh of the project.
- Recheck Indexed: Verify if your “live” links are still in the index (useful for detecting de-indexing).
- Recheck Non-Indexed: The most important feature for link builders. Retest only the links that failed previously, without spending credits on links that are already green.
Pro Tip: Building your own dashboard? You can trigger these specific checks programmatically. Check out the /project/recheck endpoints in our API Documentation.
3. Advanced Status Filters
Data is useless if you can’t read it. We added a new “Show” dropdown that acts as a powerful filter for your project view.
Beyond the standard “Indexed” vs. “Not Indexed”, we introduced the Status Changed filter. This view is a game-changer for monitoring link stability. It instantly isolates URLs that:
- Dropped out of the index (De-indexed).
- Suddenly appeared in the index (Success).
This allows you to quickly identify low-quality sites that Google is purging, so you can contact the webmasters or disavow the links before they harm your ranking.
These features are live now in your Dashboard. Log in to try the new workflow.
