Do credits really never expire?
Correct. If you buy 10,000 credits today, you can use 5,000 now and the remaining 5,000 in two years. We do not use a subscription model.
What counts as 1 Credit?
1 Credit = 1 URL Check.
Note: Our Double-Verification (checking from a second data center if the first fails) is included in the price. We do not charge double credits for the verification check.
Is the API included in the Starter pack?
Yes. All accounts (including the Free Trial) have full access to our REST API. The only difference between packages is the unit price per credit.
Do you offer VAT Invoices?
Yes. We are a registered EU company (AP2Media Sp. z o.o., VAT PL7582396091). You will receive a compliant VAT invoice automatically after every purchase.
