Terms of Service

1 General Provisions

1.1. These Regulations define the rules for using the IndexChecker.link online service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

1.2. The Service Provider is AP2Media Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poland at: ul. Miodowa 5, 07-407 Czerwin, VAT ID (NIP): PL7582396091.

1.3. The Service provides tools for monitoring, checking, and indexing links in the Google search engine via a web interface and API.

2 Account & Usage Rules

2.1. Access to the Service requires creating a User Account.

2.2. Account Sharing: It is strictly forbidden to share the account access data (login/password) or API Keys with third parties. The Service Provider reserves the right to block accounts that show suspicious activity indicating multi-user access on a single license.

2.3. The User agrees to receive technical notifications and thematic mailings related to the SEO industry and Service updates to the email address provided during registration.

3 Service Performance & Limitations

3.1. Processing Time: Links submitted to the system are checked in the order they were added (FIFO queue). Checking time depends on the current server load. Average throughput is approximately 200 links per 5 minutes, but the Service Provider reserves the right to extend this time up to 24 hours in extreme cases.

3.2. Accuracy Disclaimer: The Service Provider uses a “Double-Check Protocol” (Multi-DC) to maximize accuracy. However, due to the nature of Google’s distributed infrastructure (different Data Centers, IP propagation), we do not guarantee 100% consistency with the results seen in the User’s local browser.

3.3. To verify the result, the Service saves a snapshot (HTML/Cache) of the Google search results page for each check.

4 Payments & Credits

4.1. The Service operates on a pre-paid credit model. 1 Credit = 1 URL Check.

4.2. Minimum Top-up: The minimum purchase amount is $5.00 USD (net).

4.3. Validity: Purchased credits do not expire as long as the Service remains active.

4.4. VAT Invoices are issued automatically. For EU business customers with a valid VAT UE number, the Reverse Charge mechanism applies (0% VAT).

5 Data Retention Policy

• Cache Results: Raw search result data (HTML snapshots) are stored for 7 days from the date of the check. After this period, they are permanently deleted to save storage.
• Project History: The list of links and their status (Indexed/Not Indexed) is stored for 365 days from the date of the last check.

6 Complaints & Final Provisions

6.1. Any complaints regarding the functioning of the Service should be reported via the contact form or email.

6.2. Response Time: Complaints shall be considered within 24 hours of their submission (excluding weekends/holidays).

6.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Users will be notified of major changes via email or a system notification.
