1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data obtained from Users when using the IndexChecker.link website (hereinafter the “Service”).

We adhere to the principle of data minimization. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service, issue invoices, and contact you.

  • Registration Data: Email address, First Name, Last Name.
  • Billing Data: Company Name, Address, VAT ID (for invoicing purposes).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, cookies (for security and session management).

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

Service Provision (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To perform the contract, maintain your account, and process index checks.
Legal Obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Issuing invoices and accounting (tax laws).
Marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Sending newsletters or offers (only if you have given consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Data Recipients (Processors)

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may entrust data processing to verified partners necessary for the functioning of the Service (based on Data Processing Agreements):
